2. 게임 기록과 설정
버블톡은 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 점수, 단계 진행, 남은 도전 기회, 기기 내 고스트 기록과 별명, 언어·음량·진동 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 현재 버전은 온라인 순위와 클라우드 기록 동기화를 제공하지 않으며 운영자 서버로 게임 기록을 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 구매
베이직과 프리미엄 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 앱은 Apple이 검증한 상품 소유 여부를 확인해 구매 혜택을 적용하고 복원합니다. 운영자는 결제 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 구매 내역과 결제 관련 정보는 Apple의 정책과 법적 의무에 따라 처리됩니다. 기록 초기화나 앱 삭제는 구매 취소 또는 환불이 아닙니다.
4. 광고와 동의
무료 이용에는 Google AdMob의 배너 광고와 사용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고가 포함됩니다. Google의 광고·동의 서비스는 광고 제공, 부정 이용 방지, 동의 처리, 진단과 분석을 위해 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱·기기 식별 정보, 광고 및 앱 상호작용, 오류·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱은 광고 개인화를 비활성화하고 게시자 퍼스트 파티 ID 사용을 비활성화하도록 설정합니다. 앱은 ATT 권한을 요청하거나 IDFA 접근을 요청하지 않습니다. Google UMP가 지역에 따라 필요한 동의 선택을 표시하며, 광고 요청이 허용되지 않으면 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 옵션 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 제공되는 동의 선택과 광고용 연령대를 변경할 수 있습니다. 프리미엄 구매 시 앱에서 배너와 보상형 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

5. 이용 연령
버블톡은 13세 이상 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며 어린이 전용 서비스가 아닙니다. 광고 설정을 위한 연령대 선택은 기기에만 저장되며 생년월일이나 실명을 묻지 않습니다. 연령대를 선택하지 않거나 13세 미만을 선택하면 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 13–15세에는 동의 연령 미만 설정을, 16–17세에는 청소년 설정을 적용합니다.
6. 기록 삭제와 개인정보 요청
옵션 → 기록 초기화를 사용하면 현재 버전의 점수, 단계와 고스트 기록·별명이 삭제됩니다. 구매 상태, 남은 기회, 일반 설정과 광고 연령대는 유지됩니다. 모든 로컬 정보를 지우려면 iOS 설정에서 앱을 삭제하세요. 앱 정리하기(Offload)는 데이터가 남을 수 있습니다. 구매 혜택은 같은 Apple 계정으로 복원할 수 있습니다.
이전 온라인 테스트 버전에 전송한 기록의 열람·정정·삭제가 필요하면 이용 날짜, 별명과 요청 범위를 이메일로 알려 주세요. 필요한 범위에서 본인 또는 보호자 권한을 확인할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호, 인증번호, 카드번호는 보내지 마세요.
7. 문의 정보와 보관
이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 사용자가 첨부한 자료를 문의 응대와 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 불필요해지면 삭제하며, 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 의무를 따릅니다. Apple과 Google이 처리하는 정보의 보관 및 국외 처리 조건은 각 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.
8. 방침 변경
기능이나 개인정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 본 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Local game information
No separate account is required. Scores, progress, attempts, local ghost records and nickname, language, audio, and vibration preferences stay on the device. This version has no online leaderboard or cloud game synchronization and does not send game records to an operator server.
Purchases
Apple handles Basic and Premium purchases. The app uses Apple-verified ownership to grant and restore benefits. The operator does not receive card numbers. Apple handles transaction information under its policies and applicable obligations.
Advertising and consent
Free use includes Google AdMob banners and optional rewarded ads. Google's advertising and consent services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, consent, and analytics.
The app disables ad personalization and publisher first-party ID and does not request ATT permission or IDFA access. Google UMP presents applicable choices. Ads are requested only when allowed. Open Settings → Ad privacy choices to change available choices and the ad age group. Premium removes banner and rewarded-ad displays.
Age groups
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not child-directed. The ad age-group choice stays on the device; no date of birth or real name is requested. Ads remain off for an unknown or under-13 selection.
Deletion and requests
Settings → Reset records removes current scores, progress, ghost records and nickname. To remove all local data, delete the app in iOS Settings; offloading may retain data. Purchases can be restored using the same Apple account. Email us for access, correction, or deletion requests concerning earlier online tests.
Support and retention
Email inquiries include the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. They are used to answer questions and resolve problems and retained only as needed or required by law. Apple and Google apply their own retention and international-processing policies.
